The owner of webstore 1it.ee (from now on Webstore) is 1it OÜ (registry code 12895634), located at A.H Tammsaare tee 89, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 13416.
Sales Contract Validity, Commodity & Price Information:
- The Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Webstore.
- The prices of the products sold in the Webstore are indicated on the product page.
- Information about the product is provided at the Webstore product page.
Ordering:
To order products, you need to add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate delivery method. Then Webstore will display final price with transport included, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution. Billing is done in euro for all payment methods.
You can pay via the following bank links and payment solutions: SEB, Swedbank, LHV, 1it Järelmaks, Liisi Järelmaks, Bank transfer.
Your order will be executed after the total cost of the order is received on our Webstore bank account.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Shipping:
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia
Goods in the store usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 working days. Goods in stock usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-5 business days. Exceptional cases 1it have the right to deliver the goods within 30 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal:
Upon receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
Stickers / identification stickers provided by the seller must not be removed or damaged.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as they are permitted to be tested in the physical shop.
If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value
of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit an application to 1it OÜ webstore info@1it.ee not later than 14 days after the receipt of the goods. (Example)
The cost of returning the goods shall be paid by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (eg, wrong or defective item).
The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly below the market price of the goods due to error.
1it OÜ undertakes to return to the consumer the amount paid for the returned goods immediately, but not later than within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data:
The webstore uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal information to transport companies to deliver the goods.
Webshop sends newsletters and offers to buyer e-mail address only if the buyer has requested it by entering an email address on the website and informing us their wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer may at any time cancel newsletter by informing us by e-mail or following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Solving arguments:
If the buyer has any complaints about the Webstore, they can send email to info@1it.ee or call 56573313.
If the Buyer and the Web Store are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the Buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from the agreement concluded between the buyer and the Webstore. Reviewing the Buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
Warranty:
1it.ee all products have warranty outlined in description (except for the defect referred to in the specification of the specific device at the time of sale)
Warranty applies only if the original purchase invoice is available
If the product can not be repaired, the customer has the right to demand the replacement on warranty time
The buyer is obliged to:
– To use the device in accordance with the purpose
– Not to harm or violate, or cause damage to unit
– Prevent device misuse, and physical injuries (such as falls, liquid, dust and so on)
– Prevent device errors conditioned harmful effects of external factors (such as overvoltage, liquid, lightning and so on)
– If fault occurs during the warranty period. Should bring the unit to the store for warranty repair
The warranty will not apply if:
- Product purchase document are missing or the data on the document is modified illegally.
- Product model and serial number removed, modified or not readable.
- The seller-side product identification labels have been removed or damaged.
- Product configuration has been changed outside 1it.ee store.
- Product failure occurred through no fault of the owner as a result of improper exploitation.
- Errors in software, rechargeable batteries and chargers do not go under warranty.
